in temporary accommodation in England is at a record high.

THE PROBLEM

Latest figures show 104,510 households were found to be living in temporary accommodation, a rise 10% over the previous year. The total number of households approaching their local council for help to either prevent them from becoming homeless, or to help them out of homelessness increased by 5.7% to 83,240 households. These figures are a record high and highlight the need for additional privately owned rental housing.

Additionally, the UK ONS* state that total long-term immigration was estimated at around 1.2 million people in 2022, emigration was 557,000, which means migration continues to add to the population with net migration for 2022 at 606,000 people.

Title deeds can be sent to the purchaser upon request, we do however recommend these are held with the solicitor acting for the purchase. Rental income is paid on the first business day of every month. Properties can be purchased in either individual names or through a company.
