Heading the sales Division is Loi Cam, Sales Director. Having been an estate agent and worked in property development for over 20 years, working for leading firms throughout South London and Somerset. Here is a guy with extensive local knowledge within the property industry, who is totally focused on doing the best by his clients. Loi puts the needs of his clients first in order to achieve the highest success in investment opportunities. Loi overseas both UK and international sales and is the main point of contact with the Aperta Group.
Experienced Office professional with 20+ years of experience in finance, payroll and purchasing. Strong belief in using processes focused on maintaining a positive work environment to keep the office running efficiently and productively.
Miya joined the Aperta team in 2021 having enjoyed a successful 2 years working within a large property investment company, Miya is in control of customer support dealing with the day to day operational side of the business engaging with solicitors and contracts.
Molly has worked in the property market for over 4 years having established a successful early career in property sales and marketing.
Molly looks after some of our UK HNW investors and arranges various property seminars and presentations to a Global audience.
Aperta Invest India operations
Venkat has a strong Techno-commercial experience of about 32 years in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry segments. He is a Chemical engineer with a Management degree in Finance from premier institutes. He grew the business for Gharda Europe based in London for multiple years. In addition, he was handling global business development for ACG Worldwide group for their various business verticals. His objective is to grow the business of Aperta Invest in India and other geographical locations and build the brand of the company in multiple regions and markets.
Lalit is a Sales professional with more than 15 years’ experience in Real estate, securities and Insurance markets. In addition to being qualified as an Electronics and telecommunication engineering, Lalit has also completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing. He comes with a rich experience of managing relationships and sales with HNI clients in residential and commercial properties with reputed organisations like Indiabulls ventures, Gala Infra amongst others.
Nirav has a degree in Information Technology. He has an experience of more than 5 years as Sales and Service Manager in HNI Portfolio Management, CRM, Business Operations, in Real Estate, Finance & Technology and E-commerce based companies. In his last experience in Square Yards, he has successfully achieved results within tight guidelines while maintaining the standards of business operations procedures in challenging environments, in India and UAE.
Neha is a qualified Financial Management professional with a work experience of around 7 years. During her experience in organisations like Motilal Oswal services, Oro Wealth, Neha has gained expertise in advising her clients of new investment trends to maximise returns. She has successfully managed the portfolio funds of Dynamic investors with high-risk appetite. Her experience in Wealth management and Portfolio management will support potential customers of Aperta, for getting high returns on their investments.
